Health Check feedback

“WMP PSD have recently really struggled with abstracting data from Centurion and had fallen into the trap of viewing the system as being ‘non user friendly’ however following the offer of a Health-check and realising we needed to act fast our attitude to Centurion has dramatically changed.

It is evident that we have neglected the investment in learning and housekeeping such a critical system for PSD and, having started to adopt the recommendations provided by Nicky Thomas, with the support of FIS, we are confident that once training has been rolled out data matters for WMP PSD will be reliable and easily retrievable moving forward.

I highly recommend the health check service.  Nicky is totally supportive, professional and is on hand to address any issues in implementing the recommendations.
